It fits seamlessly inside standard four-strap wrestling headgear (including popular models from Cliff Keen, ASICS, Adidas, Matman, and others). NOT Intended for VELCRO strap headgear
Made from soft, comfortable foam, it adds a layer of cushioning for improved comfort during practice and matches. The low-profile design stays secure, adds virtually no bulk, and moves naturally with the wrestler. The foam is waterproof and easy to wipe clean or hand wash after use.
