The ShotShield Cushion Insert is a supplemental foam padding accessory designed for use only with NFHS- and NCAA-approved wrestling headgear. It is intended solely to provide additional soft cushioning for comfort.Important Safety Disclaimer (Repeated for Emphasis):

• The ShotShield Cushion Insert is NOT designed, intended, or proven to prevent, mitigate, or reduce the risk of concussions, traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), or any head, brain, neck, or other injuries.

• No headgear or accessory can eliminate the risk of concussion or serious injury in wrestling.

• Concussions can occur from brain motion within the skull, even with additional padding.

• Wrestling involves inherent risks of injury. Always use proper technique, strengthen your neck, follow all rules and regulations (including NFHS/NCAA), and seek immediate medical attention for any suspected head impact.

• Referees have final discretion on all equipment.
