Email shotshieldgear@gmail.com before you start a return on Amazon, eBay, or another site. Include your order number and a photo. We will try a size exchange, replacement, or another fix first.
30-day returns
Unused ShotShield Cushion Inserts may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price if the product is in original, resalable condition.
Email for a return authorization before you ship. After we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the product price and return shipping up to $10.00. Original outbound shipping is refunded only if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of inspection.
1-year replacement warranty
For one year from the purchase date, we will replace a ShotShield that has a manufacturer defect or that tears from normal wrestling use on compatible 4-strap headgear.
Email the order number, purchase date, and photos. If approved, we ship a replacement after you pay $10 domestic shipping ($10 covers our outbound shipping to you). International shipping is quoted separately. We may require the original unit back.
Void / not covered
Use on Velcro-strap headgear; bleach, solvents, machine washing, or heat; cutting, modifying, or incorrect installation; loss of item.
This is a replacement warranty only. It is not a cash refund after 30 days and does not cover injury. ShotShield is a comfort accessory for wrestling headgear, not a safety device.
Marketplace orders
If we cannot resolve the issue, Amazon and eBay follow their own return rules. This 1-year replacement warranty still applies to covered defects and tears after that window.
